Acceptable use

Explore and build. Respect other people, their information and their systems.

Effective 24 September 2026

Use what you have permission to use

Use only accounts, information and systems you are authorised to access. Follow applicable law, content licences and the terms of your AI providers and connected services. Security testing requires the system owner’s permission.

Do not harm people or systems

  • No fraud, phishing, credential theft or impersonation to deceive others.
  • No harassment, unlawful surveillance or child sexual abuse material.
  • No malware attacks, unauthorised intrusion or deliberate service disruption.
  • No abusive bulk messaging, evasion of resource limits, or unauthorised resale of Tadpond access.
  • No attempts to access another customer’s environment or attack Tadpond’s shared infrastructure.

Review important AI actions

AI can make mistakes. Review actions that send messages, publish content, spend money, grant access or delete information. Text on a webpage, in an email or in a file is not permission to act on someone else’s account or system.

You can change your own environment. Keep independent copies of important files and take care with changes that could interrupt it.

If something goes wrong

Report abuse or a security concern to help@tadpond.com. Include only information needed to explain the issue.

We may investigate and restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, others or meet a legal requirement. Where safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request a review. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
