Start with an app. Keep improving it. Ask your AI to take on the work.
From Your apps., choose + and describe what you want your app to do.
Open the app and use its Tadpond chat bubble to change the design, add a feature or fix a detail.
Ask Tadpond to use your app. Tell it what to do and which actions you want to review first.
Open your Tadpond computer. Its home screen is Your apps. The built-in Tadpond app opens your AI chat. Choose the + tile to open Create new app., describe what you need and select Create app.
Start with a job you want done: “Make a gym journal that tracks my exercises, weights and progress.” Your new app appears on the home screen while it is being built. Open it to see progress and continue its conversation.
Open the app, then its Tadpond bubble in the corner. Ask for the change you want: a clearer layout, a new feature or a different way to work. Each app has its own conversation, so you can keep refining it in context.
You can move the chat window when it covers something you want to see. Closing it brings the bubble back. Ask the AI to try the updated interface and check that the change works.
Yes. Return to the home screen and choose + again. Separate app conversations can work at the same time. The apps share your cloud computer, including its browser, so overlapping work can compete for the same resources.
There is no separate Tadpond subscription for each app. Your collection uses your computer’s available storage and compute, and AI work uses your plan’s allowance.
Check the app’s Tadpond chat for progress or a question that needs your answer. If Tadpond offers Reload after an update is ready, use it to load the new version. You can also refresh the app from its top toolbar.
If the result still looks wrong, tell Tadpond what you expected and what you see. Changes can fail; keep separate copies of important work before making substantial changes.
Describe who will use it, what they should see and which actions they should be able to take. Tadpond can help build the sharing and sign-in your app needs. Access depends on how the app is built and the services it uses.
Review permissions before sharing business or customer information. Keep your own Tadpond login and AI-provider credentials private.
Yes. Ask it to work with the interface, read information or carry out a task. For example: “Find the overdue invoices and prepare follow-up emails for me to review.” It can use your apps and the browser on your cloud computer, including services you have signed into.
Be clear about which work it should complete and where you want approval first. Review important actions, especially sending messages, publishing, spending money, granting access or deleting information. AI can make mistakes.
Tadpond AI can receive conversation context, files, screenshots and tool results needed for a task. This can include information inside an app or a service you have connected. A screenshot may contain more than the item you are discussing.
Give it only the access you intend and only share information you are authorised to use. The AI provider’s data handling rules apply to the context it receives. Read our Privacy policy for more.
Tadpond AI is included with your subscription and has a monthly usage allowance. Tadpond selects the model on our side, so you can focus on building, improving and using your apps. You do not need a separate AI subscription or API key to get started.
Google or email signs you into Tadpond. Do not paste account passwords, API keys or recovery codes into chat.
Choose 1x, 5x or 20x. The larger options provide five or twenty times the 1x monthly allowance. Usage depends on the conversation size, model and work performed. Settings shows remaining usage and its reset date. Running requests can reserve usage until their cost is confirmed.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Additional computers do not add AI allowance. If usage runs out, wait for renewal or review a plan change or allowance restart in Billing. A change or restart begins a new prepaid month with no credit for unused time or allowance. Service spending limits and provider availability can also pause requests. There are no automatic AI overage charges.
Yes. Ask it to create a Loop and say what should happen, how often and in which timezone. You can review its schedule, status and run history in Loops.
Loops run on your cloud computer, even when your browser tab or phone is closed. They need the computer, AI connection and connected services to be available. They can use your AI allowance. A stopped computer cannot run its Loops.
Your apps, their files and your Tadpond conversations live on your cloud computer. The AI can use its browser, work with files and software, and test an app in the same environment where it runs.
It is separate from the laptop or phone you are using to visit Tadpond. Actions in a connected account can still affect that service, such as sending an email or changing a shared document.
Use the Computer control at the top right of the home screen or an app to open its desktop in a floating window. You can move and resize it, and keep it open alongside Tadpond chat.
You and the AI use the same visible browser on that computer. Opening a window is a way to follow the work; it does not pause the AI.
Yes. Sign in to the same Tadpond account and open the same computer. Your apps, chats and saved files belong to that cloud environment, so you can return to them from a laptop or phone.
An app’s layout depends on how it was built. If it is awkward on a smaller screen, ask Tadpond to improve its mobile view.
Your apps, chats, files and personal changes stay on your cloud computer between ordinary sessions. Browser state can survive a restart, but the browser may ask you to restore its tabs.
Persistence is not a backup. Automatic backups and guaranteed restoration are not included. Keep separate copies of important files. A checkpoint or software rollback should not be treated as a complete, tested backup of all your data.
A reset replaces the environment with a fresh one. It is different from refreshing an app. Save anything you need outside the computer before confirming a reset or deletion, and read the confirmation shown in Settings.
Deleting a computer does not itself cancel a subscription or reduce paid capacity. Billing and data-deletion requests are separate actions.
For an email/password login, choose Forgot password and use the email link. You can also request a new verification email. For Google sign-in, use the same Google account.
Tadpond AI starts at US$70 per month before tax for one cloud computer, unlimited apps and the 1x AI allowance. More AI usage is available at US$190 for 5x or US$490 for 20x.
Australian totals including GST are US$77, US$209 or US$539. All amounts are in US dollars. Checkout shows applicable tax and the full total. See pricing and subscription details.
Open Billing from your dashboard, then Manage subscription. Use the hosted portal to update payment details or cancel renewal. A cancelled renewal keeps access until the paid period ends. Closing your browser does not cancel a subscription.
In Settings → Billing, change the number of additional environments. Each additional computer costs US$40 per month before tax, or US$44 including Australian GST. Review the prorated amount before confirming. You can then create an environment from Settings → Environments.
Extra environments keep your existing renewal date and AI allowance. To reduce the charge, delete any environments above your new capacity, then reduce the additional-environment quantity in Billing. Deleting a computer alone does not change billing. Save important files before deletion.
Check the status on your billing page or dashboard. If it says payment is required, update the payment method through Manage subscription. If computer setup needs attention, contact support before trying to create another computer.
Access can stop when payment is no longer active. A stopped computer, a cancelled subscription and a deleted account are different states.
Copy the apps and files you need, review your Loops and remove third-party access you no longer want the computer to use. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not itself delete your account or cancel an AI-provider subscription.
When paid access ends, the computer stops. We retain it for seven days. After that, it can be permanently deleted following notice. Retention does not include continued access or guaranteed recovery. Contact help@tadpond.com for an account or data-deletion request.
Contact help@tadpond.com for product, billing, privacy or deletion questions.
Include the app or computer name, what happened, when it happened and your browser. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes or private documents we do not need.
Support has no guaranteed response time.
